Terms of Service — Deenify

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Deenify platform, including all related websites, applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Definitions

“Deenify,” “we,” “our,” “us” refers to the operators of the Deenify platform.
“User,” “you,” “your” refers to any person or entity using the Service, including donors, campaign owners, and administrators.
“Campaign” refers to a fundraising initiative created on the Service.
“Donation” refers to any monetary contribution made through the Service.
“Content” refers to any text, images, audio, video, data, or other materials posted or transmitted through the Service.
“Payment Gateway” refers to third‑party payment processors integrated with the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts and Security

You may need an account to access certain features.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

4. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You must not:

Use the Service to engage in fraud, deception, or misrepresentation.
Upload or transmit malicious code or harmful content.
Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.

5. Campaign Creation and Management

Campaign creators are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of their campaign information.
Campaigns may be reviewed, moderated, or removed at our discretion.
We may require additional verification for certain campaigns.
Campaign creators are responsible for fulfilling any promises or rewards made to donors, if applicable.

6. Donations

All donations are voluntary and non‑refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated in our policies.
Donation processing is handled by Payment Gateways, and you agree to their terms as applicable.
We do not guarantee that a campaign will reach its funding goal.
If a donation is reversed, charged back, or refunded by a Payment Gateway, the related campaign balance may be adjusted accordingly.

7. Fees

We may charge platform or processing fees, which will be disclosed before you complete a donation or transaction.
Payment Gateways may charge additional fees under their own terms.

8. Receipts and Records

Successful donations may generate a digital receipt.
Receipts are provided for record‑keeping and transparency purposes and do not necessarily imply tax deductibility.
You are responsible for retaining copies of receipts for your records.

9. Recurring Donations

If you choose to set up a recurring donation, you authorize us and our Payment Gateways to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
You can pause or cancel recurring donations at any time through your account settings.
Cancellation does not affect charges already processed.

10. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your Content, but you grant Deenify a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to use, host, display, and distribute your Content for the purposes of operating and promoting the Service.
You represent that you have all rights necessary to post your Content.
We may remove Content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

11. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such data practices.

12. Third‑Party Services

The Service integrates third‑party services, including Payment Gateways. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or policies of those third parties. Your use of third‑party services is subject to their terms and privacy policies.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or engage in unlawful activity. You may stop using the Service at any time.

14. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation.
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deenify and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the Service.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Deenify, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your Content, or your violation of these Terms.

17. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms and revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Deenify operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
